In this time of constant transition and change, learn to support yourself with these skills:
Know your limits so you can manage your energy without crashing
Not getting emotionally drained when you're with other people
When you're triggered, have the resilience to ride out your emotions so that you're feeling emotions for a few minutes rather than being stuck in them for days, weeks, months, years
Know how to grow your capacity to handle more pleasure
Feel that you can step towards what you're wanting in your life
Know how to support yourself in feeling at ease, relaxed, curious, and motivated

The Settle Your Sh*t Healing group is an opportunity to shift from chronic protective responses (feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, overly sensitive, and reactive) into feeling more alive, at ease, and open to possibilities.
The 3 major skills we'll work on together to reshape your nervous system (aka build resilience) and feel like your whole self.
Learn the Science of what your Nervous system is doing.
Build a toolbox of regulating activities that work for you.
Practice digesting emotions so they don't get stuck in your system
