Settle Your Sh*t™ is an opportunity to shift from feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, and overly sensitive into feeling more alive, at ease, and able to move the needle forward in your life.  We'll do this by working with your nervous system And, we'll do it together, in community.

This is for you if you have a sense that what’s keeping you stuck is not just in your thoughts, it’s in your body. You’ve tried everything from therapy to mindset work, affirmations, and alternative treatments and you still feel these old emotional and mental patterns that are keeping you stuck and maybe even feeling worse.

Over time, the more you try to heal and don’t get the kind of support you need, the more you start to feel that there is something fundamentally wrong with you and that just adds to the horrible feeling inside.

I’m here to tell you that there is nothing wrong with you. In fact, if you’re feeling anxious, stuck, and overwhelmed, your nervous system is doing an amazing job at protecting you. She’s just a little misguided in her approach. These are patterns your system learned as a child and through adulthood. While they have kept you alive, they aren’t working for you anymore.

Through neuroplasticity, we know that the nervous system (aka your brilliant body brain) can learn new patterns. And that’s exactly what we’re going to do in our 3 months together.

Science tells us that we're wired to work best in connection so by working in a group, we'll be supercharging your ability to move towards what you want.

What we're going to do during our time together...

  • Learn how your particular  nervous system works

  • Practice somatic tools to regulate your nervous system

  • Hear about other people's experiences and share yours (optional)

  • Develop daily practices that support your nervous system in feeling at ease every day.

  • Learn how to fully digest your emotions so they resolve in 60-90 seconds not days, weeks, months, or years

  • Build your capacity to handle harder times of transition, stress, and loss.

  • How to properly move frustration and anger without feeling like a bitch or hurting anyone.
