Mindfulness practice for anxiety
Wednesday, March 18th, 11am PST/2pm EST
We are being asked to slow down and turn inside, but its impossible to do that when our systems are in high threat alert.
This 15 minute session will provide just enough time and space to turn inward and find enough regulation to work with the anxiety, fear, grief, sadness that you hold inside moment by moment.
Though small time increments we will build resilience to handle whatever is next for our world, our lives and our way of being.
These practices are inspired by yoga, buddhism, somatic experiencing and shamanic studies.
May you find internal ease, little by little in order to ride the waves of your experience.
