Do not underestimate the power of these exercises and the effect they will have once you incorporate them into your daily life.  

Signs your body is regulating

  • Changes in your breathing (natural deeper breaths, yawns, sighs)

  • Digestive movements (burping, swallowing, rumbling in your belly, farting)

  • A feeling of settling

  • Something else you notice

Body Touch


Shift your attention from your work onto your body

  • Notice that your body is on the ground. Feel the sensation of mother earth holding you to her, feeling the pull of gravity. Wait for a shift in your system

  • Notice that you’re breathing

  • Notice what else your body is touching.

The Pomodoro Technique

Write down each small step and focus on one small step at a time - for example, If I need to work on my signup form my first step is to open my computer and log into mailchimp. Second step is to find the signup form in the software. Break everything down into tiny parts so you can stay focused on the one thing.

Creating a Habit - Attach it to something else you already do
